I started my road running in 2009. 

In November 2010, I ran my first marathon: the Soweto Marathon.

Since then, I have gone on to run:

  • over 100 Half-marathons
  • over 20 Marathons
  • over 10 Ultra-marathons (50 kms and above)
  • 4 Comrades Marathons (will be running my fifth on 29 May 2016)

In my six years of running, I have learnt a lot – both painful and joyful.
