As a runner, I can tell you with certainty that it is impossible to achieve your running goals if you don’t record and monitor your running activities.

Be it your distance, speed or heart rate, information gathered helps you improve and achieve your goals.

And that’s exactly why we have running apps.

Our lives are no different. If you want to achieve life goals that you’ve set, you have to manage your time and daily activities.

But then again, I am not naive. I understand – fully so – that there are 15 Types Of Characters Who Hate The Process To Success.

If you fall into any one those characters, you are not the target audience for these reports.

Through the monthly reports, my objectives are two-fold:

  1. track the usage of my time – in line with my life vision and mission and the goals I’ve set myself for 2016
  2. encourage my target audience to start tracking the usage of their time so they can achieve their life goals

In my 2016 Annual Activity Report, the breakdown of the usage of my time in the different areas of my life was as follows:

  • Spiritual: 8.47%
  • Mental: 0.68%
  • Career: 39.86%
  • Relationships: 10.91%
  • Physical: 7.34%
  • Financial: 1.02%
  • Charity: 1.35%
  • Pleasure: 14.99%
  • Admin: 11.30%
  • Time Management: 4.08%

Read all about how I am able to dedicate time to all these areas in my 2016 Annual Activity Report.

I hope the above report helps you “Run A Fulfilling Life Race”.

God Bless!
